mash studios.

I have a major thing for the office atmosphere. I don’t know what it is, but so much creativity exudes the professional space and I love to see employees and employers getting creative with their work spots.

So of course, when Alex Kain from Mash Studios sent me an email this morning re: the launch of their new website, I ran straight to the office space photographs. I love the work that Mash did for Urban Outfitters. So creative, so inspirational, so MESSY! :)

Click here to see Mash’s work with retail, office and hospitality clientele, or visit their product selection (LAX Series) right here!

Thanks, Alex!

anna kraitz.

Anna Kraitz is a super versatile Scandinavian designer who has mastered the creations of ceramics, furniture and [now!] sunglasses, to name a few.

Each of her pieces call attention to the room and demand to be the focal point of any atmosphere. These are my favorite types of furnishings, as I tend to go neutral and jazz it up with key accessories each season.

Anna’s work can be found in her portfolio and orders can be placed via her website, right here.

Thanks, Anna! A big hat’s off from DFM for being EXTRA fabulous!

anna torma.

Can you even BELIEVE this is a quilt?

Believe it. And then purchase your very own Anna Torma. Right here, right now.

balint zsako.

Yummy. This is my sort of art. Fabulous, funky and seriously disturbed.

Don’t get me wrong; I’m a sucker for a cutesy Emily Martin, but every now and then I want a piece with a psychotic side to it. Yes, I said it.

Balint Zsako is probably not psychotic, but his illustrations have just enough edge to get you by.

Click here to contact Balint for an illustration of your own. They’d look fabulous in your guest bedroom if you wanna freak people out.

sky & boat.

I love this Portland-based clothing line almost as much as I love my vintage Ferragamos.

Almost, I said.

But still. Just freakin’ adorable, and with that good, wholesome handmade feeling, too.

Click here to purchase your very own Sky & Boat design!

cig harvey

Cig, cig, cig. How I love thee.

Good old Ciggie is one of my favorite photographers who just happens to have been featured in some pretty fabulous contexts, including Bloomingdale’s, Kate Spade, Ralph Lauren and O Magazine.

His images are very euphoric, bringing a sense of color and contrast into every subject. I LOVE, LOVE his collection entitled ‘An Archaeology of Distraction’, found right here.

Click here to view more of Cig Harvey Awesomeness, or get to know more about the man behind the cam right here.
