what are you going to do today, olive?

My dear friend Marisa has done it— she’s self-published her first children’s book and I am just so so excited to have it be completely well-received.

Marisa is one of those kind souls who never fails to teach you something about yourself. She’s constantly learning more about herself and it’s such an inspiration to see an ever-evolving person who truly loves to live creatively.

Congrats, Marisa— I’m so pleased for you!

  5. I’m always impressed with folks who can take an idea of their own and turn it into something tangible. I’ll definitely be checking this out. The cover is adorable…as is the title.

  11. the backgrounds of marisa’s paintings are saturated with such captivating, intense color (i could look at just the backgrounds and be satisfied) and the beautiful little curious objects she paints just seem to pop up out of nowhere. so delightful!
