when I was in college I had this horrible “boyfriend” if that’s what he even was. and we went through this break-up/make-up drama for months. he was SUCH a jerk. and I would always say that I was going to call him or write to him to tell him that I didn’t want to talk to him anymore…young and dumb. one day my roomate had enough and finally said “if you don’t want to talk to him then just DON’T talk to him or write to him. Goodbye is goodbye.”
