art in the everyday: belenko.
Interior and product design firm Belenko! created a luxurious retail space with some white paint and a few black markers. After all, if it ain’t baroque, fake it!

i love this. particularly the ‘moulding’ around the doors, and the contrast between apparent frills and clean flat surfaces.
i totally agree! i’d love to grab a sharpie and tackle the look w/ my own walls, but definitely don’t trust myself. ;)
Fun. I wonder what else could be faked with a giant sharpie?
