Brilliant! Canzona found out what happens when you upload and re-load a video 1,000 to YouTube. The result is accidentally arty.

saw this on gizmodo the other day, I kinda like the colors that resulted from quality degradation :)
obvious extension of Alvin Lucier’s sound experiment called “i am sitting in a room” (1970) – not sure why it was not thought of sooner….
This is a great experimental project. What an interesting concept!
