MYkind: today’s outfit.

Friends, I’m back and ready to share with you my picnic attire. This makes it seem like I attend picnics regularly, when in fact, I haven’t picnic’d in a very, very long time. Ugh. The bugs.

Yet should I attend a picnic in the near future, I will iron my dress and wear this:

    Two things:
    1.) I used to own the home that once belonged to Doris Day’s grandfather in Cincinnati, OH!
    AND
    2.) I used to have that same pair of shoes only in black and I wore them to death! They were so very comfortable and perfect for summer.

    I can’t tell you how heartbroken I am that those shoes are your grandmother’s. I love the whole outfit, but especially those shoes…versatile, classic, beautiful..probably just like your grandma!

    TOTALLY —– they are so fantastic and the perfect-sized heels. i don’t think they’re vintage, though, so maybe they’re floating around somewhere? the brand is worn off. :(
