more collage.

Francisca’s blowing it out of the water with her recent collage and mixed media work. Makes me want to cut up some art and play!

Catherine cut up her photographs to create one-of-a-kind mixed media collages. Dude! People are so cool.

Yes, that counts as a Christmas song. I promise.

a meat collage.

June’s meat collage is weird, so you just know I had to post it. Duh. Vegans, hold on to your hats!

p.s. I totally misread this title to be ‘a meat college,’ and for the record, chicken would totally be my vote for valedictorian.

too cute.

First things first. The name ‘Christina Song’ is just too adorable.

Secondly, this mixed media piece feels like a 3D Jacqueline Bos. And you know I love some Jacqueline Bos!

luis dourado’s nature girl.

Oh, Luis. Your new work is so good.

Also, I totally want a nature-inspired dress. Life imitating [really cool!] art?

ciara phelan.

Ciara Phelan sent over a link to her work this weekend and I was pleasantly surprised to see some work that appeared in a back issue of Amelia’s Mag (my first real mag crush… ever, which is sadly no longer in print).

Anyway, I love how Ciara manages to marry vintage pin-up collage with nature and pattern. Beautiful work!
