I’ve spotted a serious trend this week where unexpected objects are marrying to form an entirely different concept. Here are a few of my favorites, inspired by this table and stool experiencing a great deal of separation anxiety (as created by Adi Zaffran):

Sink+Lavatory
Spoon+Chopsticks
Table+Lamp
Rain Barrel+Watering Can
Salt Shaker+Bowl

How have I missed this? I spotted the Lego Boardroom Table on Behance yesterday, and gracious, the creativity that ensues. Sometimes, this world amazes me.

Also, I think this table would make corporate meetings a bit more… productive.
