art in the everyday: nuria mora.

Nuria’s street paintings inject much-needed color into otherwise dilapidated buildings. Oh, to be a color injector by trade!

Miso’s street art in Melbourne is some of the most stunning graffiti I’ve seen. Can you even call this graffiti?
Proof that there is so, so much beauty in the everyday.
(p.s. I wrote a post on graffiti two years ago today!)
Mark A. Reigelman II re-decorates bus stops, turning average public transportation fixtures into a highly sought-after art installation.
Now that’s what I’d call street art.
Jeff sent over some yarnboming (which is apparently code for ‘knit graffiti’ and I’m not quite cool enough to know that) yesterday, and whoa. Cutest graffiti EVER.

Federico showed me a bit of his work this weekend; instant love. Legos are everywhere these days, and I adore the message here. Fantastic!

” And despite giving up on the public, and never dabbling with the art world, an audience is finding MOMO.”
Amen.

Emily is offering a lucky Machine Project member a free dental cleaning/musical performance. Totally not a joke.
Hilarious. I love it.
[and yes, Dr. Perry Wong is a real L.A. dentist-- I went to him once!]
