Hello, conference attire. Let’s do this.

[Blouse: Libby Story, Romper: Urban Outfitters, Shoes: Simply Vera at Kohl's, Vintage Cameo Necklace: Flea Market Find, Turban: Target]

I’ve been in San Fran attending conferences and teaching classes nonstop. And because I’m here for eight days with just a carry-on, monochromatic is the name of the game.

Black, white, solids, patterns. Done. Also, hello! I miss you.

Yes! A menagerie of fake people. I totally collect white busts, and I fully intend to display them on my shelves and we’ll have tea parties when no one’s around.
You’re sort of invited. I’ll let you know.

p.s. I don’t yet have a cowboy. Note to self.

Oh, so lovely. My inspiration files are filled to the brim w/ this new home, but there’s always room for an international pick, yes?

I’ve been waiting for this type of service to un-earth. Artcycle is a way to buy and sell used artwork from internationally-acclaimed artists.
I’d love to see a service like this for more emerging, lesser-known artists (like the ones I feature here everyday!). Hmm… where are you, programmers? ;)

p.s. The piece above is from Catarina Leitao, who I used to secretly love more than all of my shoes combined.

Japanese artist Ryuji installed this piece with ribbons designed from Mina Perhonen, who I love, love, love. Ahhh, double trouble.
